When it comes to growing a business, there are hundreds, if not thousands of ways to go about it, and it can be intimidating to know where to start.

You see, even though there are hundreds of strategies you can apply to grow a business, we focus our efforts on the 3 core areas that will grow ANY business, to obtain maximum impact and bring in the biggest results in the shortest amount of time.

Here are the 3 core areas:

1. Increase The Number Of Buyers or Clients

2. Increase The Average Size Per Order / Sale

3. Increase The Frequency In Which Clients Return And Buy Again

Now, this does sound too simple to be true, but don’t underestimate the power of it. It’s been used across multiple industries for decades.

Breaking your strategy down into these three areas will make the process less daunting, allowing you to gain more clarity and focus on exactly what you need to accomplish. So let us show you just how effective it can be when applied to a hypothetical business example.

Lets say you have 1,000 clients. On average they spend £500 per transaction/sale, and they make two purchases a year.

This is how your business would look:

Number of Clients     Transaction Value Per Client     Transaction Per Year    Total Income

          1,000             x                     £500                      x                  2                  =     £1,000,000

Now, when we start helping a client, we first formulate a set of marketing strategies to use across each of the 3 areas to produce the biggest impact.

For this example, we’ll say by implementing the strategies, we increase each area by just 10%.

1. Increase The Number Of Buyers or Clients – +10%

2. Increase The Average Size Per Order / Sale – +10%

3. Increase The Frequency In Which Clients Return And Buy Again – +10%

However when you do this, the strategy you apply to area 1 also complements areas 2 and 3, and what you apply to 2 complements areas 1 and 3 and so on, meaning your business will grow not by 30% as expected but 33.1% across all three areas. This is what is known as compounding numbers.

Here’s what your business would look like when this happens:

Typically, you can achieve a much higher increase than 10%.  For example, a 25% increase in these sections would nearly double your income to £1,953,125.

As we said, very simple.  But the results can be overwhelming which is why we’re able to help our clients grow by 100%, 200% and more.
